Everything here describes aiyourway.io: the public pages, the contact form and the signed-in product, including your account, chat, reflections, goals and memories.
Yours alone
What you send us is never used by us to train shared models. It is not a teaching set for anyone else.
Encrypted
In transit and at rest. Standard, well-understood cryptography, applied throughout.
Export and delete
You can ask us to export or delete your data at any time, and deletion genuinely deletes. These requests are handled manually; we confirm timing when we act on your request.
Named processors only
No ads. No resale. Your text is processed by the Lovable AI Gateway and its model provider (Google Gemini). Audio is processed by ElevenLabs for read-aloud and OpenAI (via the AI Gateway) for transcription. Provider operational retention can apply.
Minimal data
We hold what you give us: your account email, what you write in the product, any contact message, and content-free product events.
Human authority
You decide what to keep. The engine only suggests. You can always say not today, or never.
What we store
- · Your account email, and any contact message you send us.
- · Content-free product events (e.g. "a step was completed") for aggregate analytics. Never the words you wrote.
- · Your conversations, reflections, goals and confirmed memories, held privately under your account with row level security.
- · Anything you paste in as history from another assistant, private to you and never shared.
What we never do
- · Sell your data or share it for another company's own use.
- · Train shared models on what you write.
- · Put the content of what you write into analytics or product logs.
- · Store a memory about you without your explicit confirmation.
Named processors
- · Lovable infrastructure and Lovable AI Gateway (hosting and model routing).
- · Google Gemini via the AI Gateway (the assistant's written replies).
- · OpenAI via the AI Gateway (speech-to-text, and a speech fallback).
- · ElevenLabs (speech-to-audio for the read-aloud voice, when configured).
Under current workspace defaults, Lovable AI Gateway request/response data may be retained by Lovable for up to 90 days for operational purposes. We do not claim that provider data is never logged or is instantly deleted.
