Terms of service.

Who we are
AI Your Way ("AI Your Way", "we", "us") provides a private reflection service. These terms cover your use of our website at aiyourway.io and, when it opens, the AI Your Way private beta. AI Your Way is operated from London, United Kingdom. You can reach us at hello@aiyourway.io.
The service
AI Your Way is a private reflection engine, currently in development. It asks a small set of voice-led questions each week and returns one short prompt each morning. The private beta is planned to open in Q3 2026. Features, timing and availability may change while we build.
Joining the waitlist
Joining the waitlist costs nothing and places no obligation on you. It does not guarantee a beta place or a launch date. We will email you about access and product news, and you can unsubscribe at any time.
Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to join the waitlist or use the service.
Acceptable use
Use the service lawfully. Do not attempt to disrupt it, reverse engineer it, gain unauthorised access, or use it to harm others.
Your content
Your reflections and responses are yours. You grant us only the limited permission needed to run the service for you, which is to store, process and return your own material to you. We do not use your reflection content to train shared models, and we do not sell it. See the privacy policy for detail.
Availability
The service is provided as is during development. We do not promise it will be uninterrupted or error free, and we may change or withdraw features.
Liability
To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
Changes
We may update these terms. We will change the date above and, for material changes, tell waitlist members by email.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction.
